If you have low self-esteem and feel life isn’t sweet, it’s a natural response of your body to seek out sweetness. You will crave sugar in order to put sweetness into your life.

If you do nothing about raising your self-esteem and noticing how sweet life really, is you will continue to spiral into more and more sugar consumption and can even create rampant diabetes.

Likewise, if you have rigid thinking and lots of rules, your body will become rigid, too. If you do nothing about being more tolerant in your thinking, you will have no choice but to create arthritis in your body. If you want a flexible body, you need to have a flexible mind—and vice versa.
